On January 12, 2023, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting. At the meeting, the Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the Initial Study and Negative Declaration prepared by staff for the Draft 2023-2031 6th Cycle Housing Element and will consider a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the City of Piedmont’s 2023-2031 6th Cycle Housing Element.
